To register for a tournament:

  1. Browse our upcoming events page to find the tournament you want to join
  2. Click on the event to view details and registration requirements
  3. Each event has a registration open and registration close date
  4. If registration is open, you will find the "Register for this event" button. Click on it to register
  5. Fill out the registration form with your personal details, club information, and category selection
  6. Once we have approved your registration, an email with payment instructions will be sent.
  7. Once you complete the payment process, you'll receive a confirmation email with your registration details

Note: Registration deadlines vary by event, so please check the specific event page for details.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa or Mastercard
  • Mobile Money: Airtel Money and MTN Momo are currently supported
  • Cash: On-site payment may be available for certain events, and we will record your payment for you. You need to have already registered for this.

All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. You'll receive a receipt via email once payment is confirmed.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: 30+ days before event - 100% refund
  • Partial Refund: 15-29 days before event - 75% refund
  • Partial Refund: 7-14 days before event - 50% refund
  • No Refund: Less than 7 days before event

Exceptions: Full refunds may be provided in case of event cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

We offer various age categories to accommodate players of all ages:

  • 10 & Under: Age 10 and below
  • 12 & Under: Age 12 and below
  • 14 & Under: Age 14 and below
  • 16 & Under: Age 16 and below
  • 18 & Under: Age 18 and below
  • Senior: 18 and Above
  • Madalas: 45+ (with a few exceptions where applicable)
  • Open: All ages (typically 13+)

Note: Age categories may vary by tournament. Please check the specific event details for available categories.

Club membership requirements vary by tournament:

  • Open Tournaments: No club membership required - anyone can participate
  • Club Tournaments: Must be a member of a registered tennis club
  • Independent Players: Some tournaments allow independent players (not affiliated with any club)

If you're not a member of a club, you can still participate as an independent player in most tournaments. Check the specific event requirements before registering.

Players are responsible for bringing their own equipment:

  • Racket: Tennis racket in good condition
  • Clothing: Appropriate tennis attire (shorts/skirt and shirt)
  • Footwear: Tennis shoes with non-marking soles
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during matches
  • Tennis Balls: We provide tournament balls, but you may want practice balls

Provided by us: Tournament balls, court facilities, and basic refreshments.

Weather policies depend on the venue and tournament type:

  • Indoor Venues: Play continues regardless of weather
  • Outdoor Venues:
    • Light rain: Play may continue with player safety in mind
    • Heavy rain/storm: Play suspended until conditions improve
    • Extended delays: Tournament may be rescheduled or cancelled

We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate any changes via email and our website. In case of cancellation, full refunds will be provided.
