1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Champions Haven. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Champions Haven website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. User Accounts and Registration

• Maintain and promptly update your information

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Event Registration and Participation

Our Services allow you to register for and participate in sporting events. By registering for an event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Meet all eligibility requirements for the event
• Comply with all event rules and regulations
• Pay all applicable registration fees
• Acknowledge that event details may change

Event registrations are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any registration at our sole discretion.

3.1 Health and Safety

By registering for an event, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the event. You participate in events at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety during the event.

3.2 Club Representation

If you register as a representative of a club, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that club and that the club meets all eligibility requirements for the event.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

When you register for an event that requires payment, you agree to pay all fees associated with your registration. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.1 Fees and Charges

All fees are listed in the currency specified on the registration page. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or other fees that may apply.

4.2 Refunds

Refund policies vary by event. The specific refund policy for each event will be provided during the registration process. Generally:

• Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund
• Registrations cancelled 15-30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund
• Registrations cancelled less than 15 days before the event are typically non-refundable
• If an event is cancelled by the organizers, registrants may be entitled to a full or partial refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information provided in Section 13.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Zambia
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use our Services to send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use our Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our Services

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services for violation of these conduct guidelines.

6.1 Our Content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

By submitting content to our Services (such as photos, comments, or other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

6.3 Trademarks

The Champions Haven name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Champions Haven or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the Laws of Zambia, Champions Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any changes made to our Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our Services
• Any other matter relating to our Services

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for using our Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Champions Haven, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your use of our Services
• Your participation in any event registered through our Services
• Any content you submit to our Services

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation: We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any disputes
2. Mediation: If informal negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation
3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or our Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Zambia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Champions Haven disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will meet your requirements
• Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of our Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our Services will meet your expectations

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of our Services thereafter.
